Dr. Payal Kumar is well known for publishing books with international publishers such as Palgrave Macmillan and Emerald Publishers. So far she has published 10 books and is working on several others. Also, she is the editorial board member of several prestigious international journals. In an earlier avatar, Dr. Kumar has rich leadership experience in MNCs, including Vice President Editorial and Production, SAGE Publications Pvt Ltd. She is a Fellow of XLRI. Her research interests are Negative mentoring, Gender and leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Diversity & Inclusion.
