Assisted the faculty in preparing course outlines, identifying and collecting reading material, developing teaching notes, grading of class participation, grading of quizzes, examinations, assignments, group projects, etc.  

Coordinated with guest faculties involved in teaching courses.  

Coordinated with program office for arranging for exams/quizzes.  

Assisted the faculty in their research work and academic endeavors  

 (Including aspects like literature search and review, data collection, etc.). 

PROJECT ASSISTANT at Industrial Research and Development Unit, Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India |July 2020 to March 2021 | Advisor: Prof. Sanjay Dhir (Associate Professor). 

Deeply involved in the ongoing research and drafted reports with a focus on the needs and requirements of the project. Analyzed Industry Trends, Identified Target Segments, and preferences based on primary and secondary research. Data Insights and empirical results assisted in attaining an insight on research processes and comprehend modern research practices. 

SUMMER RESEARCH INTERN at National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Regional Office Raipur, India | May 2018 – July 2018 | Advisor: Bimal Prasad Mishra (Assistant General Manager). 

Detailed Study of 14 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), to analyze the changes in farmer’s household income in Chhattisgarh after the implementation of FPOs. 

Conducted an interview of 120 farmers, with a focused group discussion with the CEO and board of directors (BOD) of FPOs in 7  districts of Chhattisgarh. 

Analyzed the impact of FPOs in agriculturist’s household income before and after implementation of these institutions and determined the reasons for FPOs’ success and failures. 

Suggested measures for further strengthening of FPOs.

  • SCIENCE TEACHER |Intercultural Cooperation Foundation (ICF) India | August 2016 – April 2017 | 

Taught Computer Science to elementary students and Science to high school students at one of the projects of ICF, India: Manchi School, Balapur, Hyderabad. 

Instrumental in designing the course work and constantly bought novel approaches in the teaching process. Assisted in preparing annual academic reports of students and suggested a new course of action to be taken in this regard.

2020 – Qualified Graduate Record Examinations (GRE). 

2019 – Constantly ranked in the top 6 % in the MBA batch of School of Management, NIT Rourkela. 

2018 – Participated as a delegate of North Korea in Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC), during NIT Rourkela International Model United Nations (IMUNC).
