After working for about 8 years in the corporate world , I chose to pursue my passion and thus joined academics. I have taught courses on behavioral business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and communication. My current teaching interest includes courses such as Diversity Management, NeuroLeadership, Social Network Analysis, and Gamification.
My area of research includes diversity within organizations with a specific focus on persons with disabilities. My other research interests includes idiosyncratic deals, innovation, organizational neuroscience, and business ethics.
