Aditya Kumar Sahu finished his Ph.D. in the area of Operations Management & Decision Sciences from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur. He completed his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad in 2016. He did his B. E. in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering.
During his Ph.D., he has set a record of hattrick publications in A-ranked journals. His work is published in reputed international journals such as Production Planning & Control, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Australasian Marketing Journal. In his published works, he has utilized three different research methods; systematic literature review, structural equation modeling, and action research-based case study.
As a future vision, he is passionate to apply methods like advanced multi-criteria decision-making techniques, multi-level SEM to address various issues that organizations face in achieving sustainability. He is keen on exploring issues in the field of operational excellence and behavioral operations.
His research emphasis is on the deployment of lean manufacturing practices in Indian Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs). He aspires to work on sustainability-related issues in SME in future research projects.
