1. It’s been more than three decades (35+ years), let me take you through the memory lane, from your under-graduation to Ph.D., corporate career to academic career, now as Dean of School of Management, Mahindra University. When you look and reflect, how does it feel? Is there any moment/ incident which shaped you and helped you shift your perspectives?
2. You are one of the top entrepreneurship researchers in the world (more than 4300 citations), and now you are the head of a business school. How do you establish the balance between your role as a researcher and an institute leader?
3.   Some light bites (a rapid-fire) (if at all you are fine to do that)
·   If you had to choose only 3 adjectives to describe yourself, what would you choose?
·   One piece of advice you would like to give to your 20-year-old self.
·   An advice you received from your teacher and you still follow.
·   The one trait you look for in a research scholar.
·    Any social entrepreneurial idea which is close to your heart and you would love to pursue?
