Association of Scientists, Developers and Faculties (ASDF) Travel grant
The Association of Scientists, Developers and Faculties (ASDF) offers Travel Grants upto 90% for the ASDF Members for attending Research Conferences out of their Country.
The Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation has been supporting innovative work in research and scholarship for more than four decades. The Inlaks Research Travel Grant assists registered PhD. students at Indian universities to undertake short-term visits to institutions abroad to collect material, use facilities and consult experts.
Indian Emblem Indian Council of Social Science Research Travel grant
The aim of this programme is to assist invited social science scholars to make substantial contributions to international seminars/conferences of significant importance. By doing this, it promotes academic links amongst the social scientists in India and abroad, provides opportunity to develop new insights and to enlarge their research perspective and contribute to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in social science subjects.
In 2019 IJP are offering for the sixteenth time a travel and work fellowship for up to five young journalists from the Middle East, especially from Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Israel and Palestine to spend a two-month period in Germany. We are doing this in cooperation with governmental institutions, foundations and sponsors in Germany and the Middle East. At the same time, the fellowship is being offered to journalists in Germany, who can apply to spend a two-month period in the Middle East.

IMU–Simons African Fellowship Program
The IMU – Simons African Fellowship Program is funded by the Simons Foundation, NY, USA and supports research sabbaticals for mathematicians from African developing countries employed in Africa to travel to an internationally known mathematical center of excellence (worldwide) for collaborative research. All travel and living expenses of the grantees will be covered by the fellowship up to 5,000 USD
OECD CRP Research Fellowships, 2020
Applications are invited from research scientists working in agriculture, forestry or fisheries and who would like to conduct research projects abroad, in another member country of the Co-operative Research Programme. The aim of the Research Fellowships is to strengthen the international exchange of ideas and increase international mobility and co-operation among scientists working in these areas. Previous research fellowships are available for review.
The Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds Travel Grants
One fellowship is awarded annually by the SOAS South Asia Institute (SSAI) and the Charles Wallace India Trust to a scholar who has had no, or little opportunity, to conduct research outside India. The 3 month placement at SOAS, University of London must be taken during term-time (Jan to March, or March to June).
