Research is like a “Marathon” ……Prof Payal Kapoor is an Associate Professor with the FORE School of Management New Delhi since 2014.
She has completed her Ph.D. from IIM Indore. She has done her MBA (Communication) from SIBM Pune. She has close to 6 years of industry experience before proceeding to do her Ph.D., where she worked with leading organizations like Bharti Airtel and Entertainment Network India Ltd. She proved that Research is like a “Marathon” in true terms.
Her research interests include sustainability communication, health communication, consumer to consumer conversations, and her research work is published in leading international journals. She is also an amateur triathlete with a passion for running and swimming. She has participated in Ironman70.3 events, triathlons, and several marathons.
She has had several podium finishes in these events and was awarded “Runner of the Year 2020- Fastest Olympic Distance Triathlete” for Delhi NCR. She is a parent in adoption and some of her recent newspaper articles are attempts to mitigate the misinformation around the Indian adoption system.
